List price
The prices listed in the store are indicative and may be modified at any time.
The prices charged are those in effect at the time of ordering.
They are expressed in Euros, excluding tax and shipping charges.
The price of our database are guaranteed except entry errors.
Secure payment
You can make your payments:
1) By credit card: Entering your credit card number is done on a secure system Sogenactif of the bank Société Générale.
2) By check.

If you choose to pay your purchases by credit card, you will be invited to enter your payment information on the secure payment service Sogenactif of the bank Société Générale.

After validation of your payment, you will receive in the e-mail address mentioned in your order a ticket of electronic payment with the trading header SARL CO² PARIS (this name will be listed on your bank statement).
Authentication of payments by credit card or check
Payment by check or credit card may cause the request of a confirmation of identity before payment is accepted by our processing service orders.
This confirmation process is intended to fight against identity theft and misappropriation of payment.
The information transmitted is intended exclusively for internal use and remain completely confidential.
Shipping packages and orders tracking
As from the reception and the validation of the payment, a average deadline noticed of:
- 48 to 72 hours for deliveries in France
- 5 to 7 days for delivery in Europe
CO² PARIS will make every effort to send the orders in the acceptable deadlines.
Because of the lag between the time of order taking and shipping, it can happen that an article stated "in stock" is finally out momentarily.
In case of stock, the customer is notified individually by email.
You can track your delivery by visiting the carrier's tracking service used.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is charged to the customer as well as VAT and other taxes.
The amount of the charges depends on weight of the package, shipping method and destination.
Billing
A VAT invoice for each delivery is made and issued at the time of this data format.
However, the buyer may include a delivery address different from the billing address.
Property reserve
1) Sales are made with reservation of ownership and transfer of ownership takes place only after full payment, (Law 80.335 of May 10, 1980). - The acceptance of the deliveries or the documents relating to such delivery constitutes acceptance of this clause. The payment means the actual receipt of the accounts mentioned by CO² PARIS in its order confirmation or invoice. - Customer is custodian of goods sold subject property and supports the risk. It should therefore be stored under conditions consistent separately to identify the benefit of CO² PARIS in case of claim (Law 80-335 of 12 May 1980), insured and meet all responsibility upon receipt.
2) The customer is authorized, under the normal operation of his establishment, to resell the goods delivered. It undertakes to advise its customers that the goods are sold subject to reservation of ownership to CO² PARIS. In case of incident of payment, this authorization is automatically void. When the goods will be, in all or in part, at the customer's, they must be returned to CO² PARIS, in first request for expenses and risks of the customer.
3) In the event that the goods would have been resold, the customer is considered to have transferred to CO² PARIS, claims arising from resales. The Customer shall, to do this, first call, the names and addresses of third parties to whom he has resold the goods.
Conditions of withdrawal
The sale by internet is governed by laws derived from the Consumer Code. ART L. 121-16. At all points of distance selling, the buyer of a product has a period of 7 days after the delivery of his order to return to the seller in exchange or refund, without penalty, with the exception of the expenses of return.
Conditions of refunds: for purchases by credit card, the refund will be made within 30 days from the date of payment, for purchases by check, it will be performed within 15 days.
If you wish to cancel a purchase or exchange an item, it must be returned unused and accompanied by original packaging. Therefore, CO² PARIS committed to ship you your refund or new item you have selected as soon as possible. For efficiency, please contact us before returning any goods. For an exchange of goods, the customer must enclose a check in the amount of shipping cost corresponding to its destination.
Return of merchandise
All returns must absolutely be done with the agreement of CO² PARIS, any product should be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns non-compliant. The costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return, you must send us the merchandise together with its original packaging and properly packaged.
To avoid litigation, we urge you to make your return package by monitoring and assuring the value of the merchandise it contains.
For an exchange of merchandise, the customer must enclose a check in the amount of shipping cost corresponding to their country of destination (except in the case of a defective item).
